External : Resident Owner, Resident guests, Resident personal staff, visitors, key vendors, contractors, designers, architects and any other pertinent staff that the Resident Owners require. ** QUALIFICATIONS ** Essential: High school graduate. Five years administrative experience. Condominium Background and experience pertaining to BOD meetings, including taking meeting minutes and recording them for future reference. Fluency in English. Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication. Expert level comprehension and ability with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Ability to: Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Exercise time management skills by organizing tasks in a manner to work efficiently and effectively and complete all daily responsibilities prior to the end of the shift. Provide thorough communication, consistent and accurate follow up for all tasks Previous resident and guest relations training. Previous experience in housing industry. Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment. Follow directions thoroughly, accurately and consistently. Understand and execute Management and Owner needs. Work with a positive attitude and cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Display integrity and maintain an industrious work ethic to perform shift with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality of resident information and pertinent resort data. Desirable: College degree. CAM License(Preferred). Experience with full service residence property. Previous experience in hospitality industry. ** PHYSICAL ABILITIES ** Essential: Exert physical effort in transporting 5 to 20 pounds. Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas. Remain in stationary position for 6-8 hours throughout work shift. Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, contractors, and co-workers to their understanding.
